ROLE COMPETENCIES

– Exceptional video editing skills

– Can follow SOPs closely, while also knowing when to deviate if appropriate/necessary

– Experience with Riverside.fm, Descript, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere

– Can select music that pairs exceptionally well with video content

– Can create interesting thumbnails that peak curiosity

– Creativity/innovation. Ability to contribute creative ideas to improve company standards and SOPs.

– Clear communication in English. Can speak and write clearly and articulately.

– Attention to detail. Does not let important details slip through the cracks.

– Organization and planning. Plans, organizes, and schedules tasks in a productive manner.

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS

– Ability to meet with US-based team 3 times a week
