About the Role: The marketing associate will support the strategy, planning, and execution of brand campaigns that WTS runs for external clients. This includes ideating culturally relevant content, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction. They should be comfortable working with internal creatives and external stakeholders, crafting campaign narratives, and measuring the success of brand campaigns when concluded.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in developing and executing client marketing campaigns.
· Collaborate with internal creative, influencer, and PR teams.
· Help manage campaign timelines and deliverables.
· Contribute to campaign reports, decks, and presentations.
· Conduct trend research and competitor analysis for client pitches.
· Monitor campaign performance and extract insights from analytics
What We’re Looking For…
· 1–2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, brand strategy, or campaign management. Preferably in an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
·Proven ability to rapidly develop and execute industry standard marketing plans tailored to the unique context of each project.
· Skilled at conducting market research, tracking competitor activity, and identifying key consumer insights.
· Excellent project coordination skills, able to manage multiple briefs, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
· Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience contributing to client reports, strategy decks, or brand reviews.
· Detail-oriented, data-conscious, and able to translate insights into actionable next steps.
· Lagos-based
Nice to Have· Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, Google Workspace, or basic CRM/reporting dashboards.
· Experience working with external vendors, media buyers, or influencer partners.
· Previous involvement in strategy, client servicing, or campaign performance reporting.
