Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for designing visually compelling digital assets and editing short-form videos and Reels for social media. This role is ideal for someone who understands social engagement, brand aesthetics, and fast-paced content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual content for digital channels including social media, website, blog, email campaigns, and paid ads.
• Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Ads) using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign goals into clear, on-brand visuals.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Repurpose existing content into new formats to boost engagement and reach.
• Meet tight deadlines while managing multiple creative assets simultaneously.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design and video content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static graphics and short-form video content.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop), and video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Knowledge of social media trends, especially for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Excellent visual storytelling and typography skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced team environment.
• Stable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or tech startups.
• Animation or GIF/banner design experience.
• Basic motion graphics skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦175,000.00 per month
