Job Overview
Geotopup Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and drive the digital presence of our two fintech products: Tradewyre and Geotopup Wallet App. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Tradewyre and Geotopup Wallet App across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, etc.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and viral content (graphics, videos, reels, infographics, etc.) that aligns with brand identity.
Manage community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful interactions with followers.
Utilize AI tools for content planning, trend analysis, and performance optimization.
Run targeted social media campaigns to promote products, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and fintech/crypto industry updates to keep content relevant.
Edit and design graphics/videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital banking.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, content creation, and growth strategies.
Technical & Creative Skills
Excellent English (Written & Spoken) – Must craft error-free, compelling copies.
Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, TweetDeck).
Graphic & Video Editing Skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Knowledge of AI tools for content planning, analytics, and automation (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
Understanding of fintech, crypto, and digital payment trends.
Ability to create viral, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
Personal Attributes
