We are currently seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage our online presence and drive digital engagement across various platforms.
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented individual who will be responsible for building and managing our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter (X). This role involves strategy development, content creation, community management, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and curate original content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the company’s voice and values.
Manage and grow our social media platforms, including scheduling posts and maintaining active engagement.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations in the travel and tourism space to inform content direction.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with broader promotional campaigns and branding goals.
Track social media metrics and generate regular performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on platform updates, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Content Creator (experience in the travel industry is preferred).
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter) and content scheduling tools.
Skilled in using graphic design and video editing software for content creation.
Strong understanding of social media trends, digital engagement, and content marketing.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
