1803 Consultants is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager & Strategist to lead the planning, development, and execution of our social media presence. The ideal candidate will bring clarity, consistency, and visibility to our digital voice while fostering community growth and driving engagement across platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals
Create tailored approaches for each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter)
Plan and schedule on-brand content, including visuals, copy, and video
Manage online communities and drive meaningful engagement
Analyze performance using platform insights and analytics tools
Report on key metrics and provide data-informed strategy adjustments
Design and execute digital campaigns for services, events, or launches
Manage paid social campaigns, optimizing for reach and conversions
Ensure brand consistency and tone across all digital touchpoints
Monitor digital trends and emerging platforms to keep content fresh
Collaborate with internal teams on content calendars and campaign coordination

Requirements
2–5 years of professional social media management experience
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X
Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Proficiency with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite
Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
Familiarity with paid advertising and performance marketing is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: Interest or background in consulting, strategy, or B2B services
