The Balloon Factory is looking for a creative and energetic team member to bring celebrations to life! We need someone with a “visionary eye” for luxury decor and gifting.
Responsibilities
* Balloon Artistry: Design and install custom organic arches, garlands, and helium bouquets for events.
* Gift Curation: Select and style premium gift items with high “unboxing” appeal and attention to detail.
* On-Site Setup: Transport and assemble decor at venues, ensuring perfect execution on tight schedules.
* Inventory Management: Organize supplies and maintain a clean, efficient studio workspace.
Requirements
* Proven experience in balloon styling, floral design, or event decor.
* Physical stamina for standing, inflating, and ladder work.
* Availability for weekend and early morning event setups.
* Strong sense of color coordination and aesthetic trends.
