Job Title: Lead Creative Designer 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer Lead to drive the visual direction of our brand across motion and static design projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, hands-on expertise in animation and visual storytelling, and the ability to lead creative execution across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of high-quality motion graphics and static designs for digital, social, and marketing campaigns

Develop compelling visual concepts and translate ideas into engaging 2D and 3D assets

Oversee and execute animations, video edits, and graphic designs from concept to delivery

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency

Provide creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 

3-5 years of professional experience in a design role focused on both motion and static graphics. 

Experience as a graphic designer or in related field or working with corporate brand guidelines across multiple platforms. 

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects (motion graphics) or 3D design software (Cinema 4D or Maya). 

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (static design) or or other video editing software 

Strong portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work. 

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on:

After Effects

Photoshop

Illustrator

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro for video editing and post-production

Proven ability to design and animate across both 2D and 3D environments

Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and motion principles

Strong communication and leadership skills.
