Role Overview

The Smith Sisters Group is seeking a visionary Head of Events & Experience to lead our events department. This senior role is designed for a strategic leader who can create unforgettable experiences and play a pivotal role in growing one of Lagos’ most dynamic hospitality groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution of a diverse events portfolio.

• Experience Design: Conceptualize and deliver high-impact experiences ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.

• Brand Growth: Drive the expansion and reputation of the hospitality group through excellence in event delivery.

• Stakeholder Management: Manage high-level relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior-level event management, preferably within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to scale event operations and manage complex logistics.

• Strong creative vision with the ability to translate brand identity into physical experiences.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
