📌 ROLE OVERVIEWWe are hiring a Social Media Content Strategist & Creator to lead the organic content execution of our eCommerce supplement brand. You need to have proven expertise in social media constant strategy and management. However, this will NOT include community management as we already have a community manager (Inbox & Comments)

This is a structured, performance-driven role tied directly to brand authority, trust, audience growth, and sales support.

You will be responsible for:

Planning structured weekly content calendars
Conducting content research
Briefing creative content to our graphic designer & brand presenter
Supplying strategic Advert Content to our media buyer
Reaching out and coordinating UGC creators
Shooting product content where needed (product will be sent to you)
Publishing content consistently across all our social media platforms
You must understand how content drives attention, trust, and conversion.

 

 

 

📌 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1️⃣ Content Calendar DesignDeveloping a structured content calendar aligned with business goals
Organizing content into strategic pillars that drive awareness, trust, growth and conversions
Planning daily feed posts and story sequences with clear conversion objectives
Ensuring balance between education, social proof, authority, and sales-driven content
Adjusting the calendar weekly based on performance data and audience response
Collaborating with the CEO to align content themes with revenue priorities
2️⃣ Content Research & Idea DevelopmentYou will be responsible for:

Researching trending and high-performing content in our niche
Studying competitors and extracting strong content angles
Identifying effective hooks and formats
Monitoring comments and customer chats to extract real pain points
Supplying structured creative ideas weekly to the CEO
You must think proactively and bring ideas, not wait to be told what to create.

 

 

3️⃣ UGC Creator Outreach & BriefingYou will:

Identify and reach out to potential UGC creators
Coordinate collaborations
Assign structured content briefs
Ensure UGC creators follow brand messaging guidelines
Review submitted content before approval
You must understand how to brief creators clearly and strategically.

 

 

4️⃣   Hook, Angle & CTA Awareness
You must understand:

What makes people stop scrolling
How to craft strong hooks
How to frame content around specific angles
How to structure clear CTAs
How messaging influences buying behavior
You do not need to run ads, but you must understand performance-based messaging.

 

 

5️⃣ Algorithm & Platform Understanding
You must understand:

Watch time and retention
Engagement signals
Why certain formats perform better
How Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok distribute content
The importance of consistency
This is strategic execution, not trend chasing.

 

 

6️⃣ Publishing & Execution DisciplineYou will publish:

2 feed posts daily
4–6 stories daily
Properly structured captions with clear CTAs
Maintain consistent brand tone
Consistency is non-negotiable.

 

 

 

📌 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3 years of experience in content creation
Strong camera skills for product shoots (product will be sent to you)
Proven experience planning content calendars
Strong understanding of hooks, angles, and CTAs
Knowledge of social media algorithms
Experience coordinating UGC creators is an advantage
High execution discipline
Experience in supplement or eCommerce brands is a strong advantage
