Space Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings; the balance is due 5 days before the event.
- All rates are fixed and exclusive of Value Added Tax (7.5%); VAT will be added at invoicing.
- A 20% refundable caution fee applies to all space bookings.
- Events on weekends attract a 20% surcharge on the full rental value of the space(s) used.
- Events on public holidays attract a 30% surcharge on the full rental value of the space(s) used.
