Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Art Designer to lead the visual development of high-impact Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for a design professional with a strong conceptual mind set, deep understanding of large-format advertising, and the ability to translate brand strategies into bold, effective outdoor executions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs for OOH campaigns,
Support pitch presentations and new business proposals with high-quality visuals
Ability to use generative AI in creating designs & simulations
Drive creative ideation sessions and contribute innovative concepts for campaign pitches and new business proposals
Continuously research design trends, materials, formats, and emerging OOH innovations to keep creative output fresh and competitive
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising creative quality
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline from a recognized institution
Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in creative design, preferably within an advertising, OOH, or media agency
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign execution, and technical expertise.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or motion design tools is an added advantage.
