Strong video editing skills, especially for Reels and TikTok.
Proficient with Canva for creating carousels and aesthetic posts.
Ability to come up with creative, engaging, and educative content ideas independently.
Basic understanding of social media algorithms, audio selection, and trends.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Must love books and understand reading communities.
Highly organised with the ability to manage daily content targets.
Smart, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
