REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, general management, or business development
Experience across multiple sectors is an added advantage (e.g., construction, maritime, logistics)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management
Strong organizational and time management
