Requirement
Minimum of 2-3 years experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
OD Professional training & development or qualification is an added advantage.
Experience in development and learning interventions to drive the people strategy and embed a culture of high performance.
Significant knowledge of Organizational
Development theories, tools and techniques.
Experience of driving change within a complex environment.
