Job Description:
Mavin Global is recruiting young talents with strong entrepreneurial spirit and business mindset.
Artist Development Intern
Assist in researching and building creative development plans for artists (e.g. visual style, sound evolution,
stage presence).
Support coordination of training sessions (e.g. vocal coaching, performance workshops, media training).
Help with compiling and analyzing audience feedback, trends, and performance metrics to refine artist positioning.
Collaborate with branding and digital content teams to ensure consistency across visuals, messaging, and storytelling.
Monitor pop culture, fashion, social media, and emerging music trends that may inspire artist direction.
Attend studio sessions, rehearsals, or creative meetings as needed to observe and contribute to artist development strategies.
Maintain organized documentation of artist timelines, development activities, and benchmarks.
WHO IS THE IDEAL MAVIN FUTURE FIVE CANDIDATE?
The ideal candidate should:
Be in school, currently on NYSC program, or have graduated in the last two years
Be between 18-25 years old
Be eloquent, creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
Be computer literate
Be interested in research & data analysis
Exhibit excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills
Exhibit tremendous ambition and strong work ethic
Be willing to go the extra mile to achieve their potential & goals
Embody an entrepreneurial spirit and a global mindset
Be ready to learn in a fast-paced environment
