JOB PURPOSE/ KEY OBJECTIVE
The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and executing daily social media content and engagement strategies for HNI clients. They ensure all online communication reflects the client’s brand identity, tone, and narrative.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement social media content calendars.
Write, schedule, and post high-quality content across platforms (Linkedin, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.).
Monitor social engagement and provide community management.
Track analytics and report on growth, engagement, and sentiment.
Collaborate with the design team for asset creation.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years experience managing high-profile or corporate social accounts.
Strong copywriting and trend awareness.
Understanding of brand tone and audience segmentation.
Proficiency with scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
