Job Description:
As the Strategic Sales and Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives. You will supervise a team of sales professionals, manage brand positioning, and ensure profitable growth across all product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
Lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion efforts.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide campaigns
Oversee branding, content creation, advertising, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment.
Proven experience in leading sales teams and delivering measurable results.
Additional Skills/Advantage
Prior experience in any of our business sectors (paint, solar, real estate, construction, etc.).
Certification in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Sales Strategy.
Tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM and marketing tools
