GENERAL SUPERVISOR

Location: Lekki, Lagos Immediate Resumption Required.

The General Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned department, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth workflow, and adherence to quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Supervise and coordinate staff in units like front office and housekeeping.
– Ensure excellent customer service to exceed gues expectations.
– Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
– Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in work.

– Train and mentor team members to enhance skill.
– Assist with staff scheduling and task allocation fo smooth operations.

Monitor supply levels, request replenishments, an ensure proper usage.
Pay: N100,000-150,000
