What You’ll Do
– Engage clients online & in-person with top-notch service
Convert enquiries into sales and manage follow-ups
– Create engaging contents with our products (knowledge of videography is a bonus )
– Assist with fittings. consultations & order updates – Handle light admin tasks (scheduling, messaging, filing)
Requirements:
-Minimum of Bsc degree in a related field
– 2+years proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
– Tech-savvy (WhatsApp, IG, spreadsheets,
CRM, Email)
– Fashion interest or background is a bonus
– Must be available full-time
– The role is open to female applicants only
