EAccelerate Fund 2025 Eligibility Both Director and Producer must be East African. East African countries include: Burundi, DRC, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Comoros, Mauritius, and Madagascar. At least 80% of the footage must be shot in East Africa.
