This is a fully-serviced event space in the heart of Ikoyi that caters to a wide range of event types such as get togethers, birthday parties, bridal showers and more. This space can accommodate up to 50 guests at a time. You can use the space also to shoot party scenes or for live style photographyÂ
Rates vary depending on the number of guests. See blow:
0 – 15 guests = N150,000 per day
16 – 30 guests = N200,000 per day
31 – 50 guests = N250,000 per day
A caution fee of N100,000 is required with every reservation and is refundable within 24 hours after the event is closed.
We also offer complimentary short lets apartments in the Ikoyi, VI & Lekki areas at a generous discount if needed.
