Job Summary

A&R Group is seeking a skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, support business objectives and drive engagement across our real estate, hospitality and construction portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with corporate marketing objectives

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across all relevant social media platforms

Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging

Engage with online audiences professionally by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages

Promote property listings, project milestones, hospitality offerings and corporate announcements

Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare periodic analytical reports

Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, launches, and promotional activities

Stay informed on industry trends, digital innovations, and platform updates

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools

Excellent communication and content development skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience within real estate, hospitality, or construction sectors is an added advantage

Professional, detail-oriented, and brand-conscious

STARTING SALARY: N200,000
