We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support with a variety of administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to emails and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
Assist with project management and track progress.
Conduct research and compile information as required.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Familiarity with social media management.
