Product Designer

Responsibilities

· User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.

· User Personas: Develop and maintain user personas to guide design decisions and align with user needs.

· Information Architecture: Create effective information architecture and user flows for web and mobile apps.

· Wireframing: Produce wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts and workflows.

· Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design ideas.

· Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and validate design choices.

· Design Iteration: Iterate on designs based on user feedback, making data-driven improvements.

· User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

· Responsive Design: Ensure designs work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

· Design Elements: Create UI elements, including buttons, forms, icons, and navigation menus.

· Accessibility: Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility standards, promoting inclusivity.

· Gather and integrate feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve designs.

· Technical Guidance: Provide clear design specifications and guidance to development teams for implementation.

· Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.

· Design Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design rationale.

Job Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Product Designer with a focus on web and mobile applications.

· Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

· Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

· Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.

· Understanding front-end development technologies and constraints is a plus. Experience with user testing and usability studies is beneficial.

· A portfolio of past design projects demonstrating a range of skills and experience.

· Relevant training and/or certifications as a UI/UX Designer.

· Time-management skills and adaptability.

· Familiarity with Agile project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) for Agile project tracking and communication.
