The Creative Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s visual identity and brand messaging across all platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision to lead the creative team and produce compelling work.
Responsibilities
Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts for a variety of marketing materials including digital and print advertisements, exhibition booth designs, and social media graphics.
Video Production: Oversee the production of video content, from concept development to final editing.
Motion Graphics: Create dynamic visual elements for marketing campaigns and other projects.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a creative team to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Platform Management: Oversee the company’s YouTube channel, ensuring engaging content and growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of design principles and trends
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for storytelling and brand building
