Job Responsibilities

Video Production:

Plan, film, and edit video content for a variety of marketing channels including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Develop storyboards and scripts to convey the desired message effectively.

Content Creation:

Create compelling and high-quality video content that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
Capture video footage and audio in various settings, both in-studio and on location.

Editing and Post-Production:

Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Add effects, graphics, music, and sound to enhance video quality and engagement.

Project Management:

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align video content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, design, and communications teams to develop video content that meets project requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into video projects.

Equipment Management:

Maintain and manage video production equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Stay updated on the latest video production technologies and recommend new tools and techniques.

Creative Direction:

Provide creative direction and input during the video production process to ensure high-quality output.
Stay abreast of video trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and engagement.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
Maintain consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all video projects.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor video performance metrics and provide insights on video effectiveness.
Make data-driven recommendations for improving video content and strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in videography and video production, preferably in a marketing context.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
Creative storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging video content.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
