Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Content Manager to lead our content strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing. This role requires someone who can produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives results. We are moving fast, and we need someone who can hit the ground running and make an impact from day one.
You must be willing to work hard and eager to execute strategies to help Recomaze achieve its set KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop and maintain up-to-date product descriptions.
Create compelling video explainers and text guides to demonstrate the benefits of Recomaze.
Design graphics and visual content to support various marketing initiatives.
Write and edit email content for nurturing leads and customer engagement.
Produce inbound marketing content, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies.
Develop SEO content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Craft copies for landing pages that convert visitors into trial users and paying customers.
Write persuasive sales copy to support sales team efforts.
Content Strategy:
Respect and adhere to the brand guide to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure content meets business objectives and addresses customer needs.
SEO and Analytics:
Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to generate traffic and increase conversions.
Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to understand client pain points and incorporate solutions into content.
Collaborate with the Partnership Manager to create content that supports partnerships, influencer collaborations, and affiliate promotions.
Assist the Reputation Manager in distributing content across selected channels at the right time to the right audience.
Support the Sales Manager by providing content that aids in lead generation and conversion activities.
Qualifications:
Experience
At least 3-5 years of experience in a content management role, preferably in the e-commerce or SaaS industry
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types and successful content strategies
Skills
Proven experience in creating various types of content (blogs, articles, videos, infographics, etc.)
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to implement them
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot)
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics to track content performance
Basic skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus but not required
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Innovative thinking and creativity in content creation
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
