About this opportunity
The Creative Economy Challenge & Award is a new initiative launched as part of Moonshot by TechCabal 2025, in collaboration with the Digital for Development (D4D) Hub. It is designed to spotlight bold and innovative startups and organisations operating at the intersection of creativity, technology, and entrepreneurship in West Africa and beyond.
This challenge seeks tech-enabled creative projects with demonstrable traction, strong team capacity, and the potential to drive long-term cultural and economic impact. Finalists will be invited to pitch live on stage at Moonshot in Lagos on 15 October 2025, gaining recognition and visibility among global tech leaders, policymakers, and donors shaping Africa’s digital creative future.
