CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
Ngalabi Short Film Festival – 10th Edition
The Ngalabi Short Film Festival is now accepting submissions for its 10th edition. Filmmakers from East Africa, across Africa, and the African Diaspora are invited to submit their short films for consideration.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be 18 years and above
Films must be no longer than 30 minutes
The applicant must own all screening rights to the submitted film
Films must include English subtitles
All genres are welcome
REQUIRED SUBMISSION MATERIALS
Film synopsis (100–150 words)
Director’s biography (100–150 words)
Three (3) high-resolution director headshots (300 dpi)
Three (3) high-resolution screengrabs from the film (300 dpi)
Downloadable film link (Google Drive, Vimeo, Dropbox, or WeTransfer – max 2GB)
