Job Description

Content Strategy & Creation

Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with company goals
Create engaging content including posts, captions, graphics, short videos, reels, and stories
Write compelling copy that reflects the brand voice and supports marketing and sales objectives
Plan and manage content calendars across all platforms
Social Media Management & Engagement

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok)
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content relevant
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to route qualified leads
Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
Prepare simple performance reports and insights for management
Optimize content and posting times based on data and results
Desired Skills and Attributes

Content Creator:

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., InShot, Capcut, and other video editing tools)
Experience in shooting and editing videos, Skits, etc with creativity in storytelling and visual aesthetics
Understanding of social media trends and best practices
Ability to create short-form videos optimized for different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)
Knowledgeable in the use of AI for content creation
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of video formats and specifications for social media
Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Strong communication skills.
