WE’RE HIRING – CREATIVE VIDEOGRAPHER

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Work Schedule: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦300K (Net)

Our client, a growing Real Estate Firm, is seeking a dynamic and creative Videographer to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in boosting the company’s online presence and showcasing properties through high-quality, engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality property videos using professional cameras or smartphones.
Capture engaging real estate content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and marketing campaigns.
Operate and fly drones to capture aerial footage of properties and estates.
Edit videos into short-form and long-form content suitable for advertisements, listings, and brand storytelling.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute content ideas.
Develop creative concepts and visual stories that highlight property features and brand identity.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt delivery of all video content, meeting agreed timelines and deadlines.
Ensure timely editing and submission of videos shot, with minimal supervision and consistent quality.
Ensure all video content aligns with marketing objectives and brand standards.
Requirements

Proven videography experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong creative eye with the ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
Ability to operate cameras, smartphones, stabilizers & lighting equipment.
Experience in drone flying and aerial videography.
Ability to work a flexible, hybrid schedule.
Must be based in Lagos, with proximity to Lekki strongly preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
