Job Description

• Provide support on existing instructions to senior team members.
• Collate requirements, leads and opportunities for discussion within the team
• Maintaining strong contact and dialogue with international investment teams globally to source new deals and opportunities for local clients
• Deal presentation and analysis, using bespoke cash flow models and standard RE software (Argus)
• Working on the deal process from concept to execution with direct client dialogue from the start
