Role Summary

‎We are hiring a creative, trend-aware Content Creator who understands how to sell high-end hair products through engaging digital content.
This role is not about random posting — it’s about turning content into sales.
Key Responsibilities

‎Create daily short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Instagram Stories) that drives demand for premium hair
‎Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to a luxury hair brand
‎Feature products creatively: installs, transformations, before/after, lifestyle shots
‎Collaborate with the salon team to capture real client experiences
‎Manage basic content scheduling and posting
‎Engage with audience comments and DMs where required
‎Track content performance and improve what converts
‎Requirements

‎Proven experience creating content for beauty, fashion, or luxury brands
‎Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
‎Confident filming and directing content (phone-quality content is fine, creativity is key)
‎Ability to sell without sounding salesy
‎Must live within the town for daily onsite work
‎Serious work ethic — consistency matters
