Job Summary
‎We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Community Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will help turn ideas shared in our community into engaging social media content, manage our social media platforms, and actively grow and engage our audience with the goal of registering 1,000 parents for our June program.
‎Key Responsibilities
‎Develop creative social media plans based on content posted in the community group.
‎Edit, caption, and post videos and other media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
‎Manage and grow the community on social media, keeping members engaged and active.
‎Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
‎Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to achieve engagement and registration goals.
‎Collaborate with the team to ensure all content aligns with the program’s goals and branding.
‎Requirements
‎Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or community management.
‎Strong video editing and captioning skills.
‎Creative mindset with the ability to turn simple ideas into engaging content.
‎Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook management tools.
‎Excellent communication skills and ability to engage an online community.
‎Self-motivated and able to work independently within deadlines.
‎Goal:
‎Drive engagement and reach on social media platforms.
‎Achieve 1,000 parent registrations for the June program.
