Full job description
We’re seeking a Creative Content Virtual Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, highly creative environment and can balance administrative support with hands-on content creation. This work-from-home role supports the day-to-day operations of our agency while contributing directly to our visual and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations Support

Manage inboxes, calendars, and scheduling
Prepare meetings and assist with follow-ups
Organize files, creative assets, and project folders
Track timelines, tasks, and deliverables across projects
Support client onboarding and internal coordination
Content & Social Media Support

Draft and schedule social media content
Write engaging, on-brand captions
Engage with followers and support community management
Maintain and update content calendars
Creative & Video Editing

Design branded graphics using Canva (Adobe tools a plus)
Assist with flyers, presentations, email headers, and digital assets
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories using CapCut or Canva Video
Add captions, transitions, music, and basic effects
Repurpose raw footage into polished, engaging short-form content
Requirements

Proven experience editing short-form video content
Proficiency in CapCut, Canva Video, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to meet quick turnaround deadlines
Comfortable working remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
Bonus Qualifications

Experience working with a creative agency or brand
Background in brand strategy, storytelling, or content marketing
