Qualifications @ Requirements:
Strong portfolio showcasing music, youth, or culture-based design work
Passion for Afrobeats, African aesthetics. and storytelling through design
Quick turnaround time and ability to adapt to brand voice
Strong understanding of digital content formats and social media dimensions
Bonus:
Experience working with media companies, record labels, or music brands
Familiarity with radio or streaming artwork needs
