We are looking for a proactive and culturally aware Social / Community Manager to manage Cruise’s online presence and community across all social platforms. The ideal candidate understands internet culture, can communicate clearly and confidently, and knows how to grow and engage digital communities intentionally.
Requirements
Must reside in Lagos
Proven experience managing social media pages or online communities
Strong understanding of social platforms and internet culture
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to think quickly and respond in real time
Organised, reliable, and consistent with schedules and deadlines
Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Ability to handle criticism and sensitive conversations calmly
