We’re Hiring

Digital Marketer for social media user acquisition, retention, and brand growth. Develop multi-channel campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensure growth goals are achieved.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the finance or fintech

industry.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram Twitter/X, Linkedin. Telegram) and community engagement strategies.

Ability to create and manage content, organize campaigns (blogs, newsletters, infographics) that educates and drives user engagement. Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and compliance

with crypto advertising guidelines.

Experience with email marketing tools and influencer outreach.

Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Ability to support token launches, airdrops, and promotional campaigns.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for crypto/fintech business.

Qualifications

Must live on the Island and comfortable with 3 days onsite work schedule.

Must have relevant work experience.

BSc in Marketing or related field

Bonuses on good performance

2-4 years of experience in strategic marketing crypto/fintech.
