An excellent portfolio that demonstrates deep integrated thinking and strong brand building capabilities, with an emphasis on video content
Strong current working relationships within the Nigerian creative community
Ability to interact meaningfully with people of diverse backgrounds, personalities, and expertise (e.g. programme leads in Nigeria, subject matters experts in Kenya, creative executives in India and internal functions in UK), backed by data when possible
Should be excited by technology and exploring content through products like chatbots, communities, blogs, etc.
Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results
Experience working with a diversity of cultures and a proven sensitivity to the challenges of low-income and marginalized populations.
Verbal and written proficiency in English is required; proficiency in one or more other local languages strongly preferred.
