Job Title: Production Coordinator

A top production company is seeking a skilled Production Coordinator with 3–5 years’ experience to manage crew scheduling, contracts, travel, accommodation, and all production logistics. You will be the key liaison between clients and production, ensuring smooth communication and execution from pre-production to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate crew and freelancers
• Draft and manage contracts, NDAs, and production documents
• Book travel, hotels, transport, and maintain itineraries
• Interface with clients, vendors, and suppliers throughout production
• Track expenses, manage petty cash, and assist with budgets
• Issue call sheets, maintain production calendars, and support on-set logistics
• Organize locations, rentals, and production resources
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of production coordination experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship management
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and production tools
• Able to work flexible hours and travel as needed
