JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and oversee construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design, project coordination, and a strong understanding of building codes and construction standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop architectural concepts, designs, and construction drawings.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
Conduct site visits and oversee project progress.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project approvals
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
3-5 years experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
Strong visualization and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
