JOB PURPOSE/ KEY OBJECTIVE
The Graphics & Motion Designer creates visually compelling video content, animations, and digital assets that bring NI narratives to life across social media, websites, and multimedia campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and animate branded content for various formats (reels, explainer videos, intros/outros).
Edit interviews, speeches, and short documentaries for maximum impact.
Collaborate with the content team to develop visual storytelling concepts.
Maintain high design standards across all output.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years experience in motion design or video editing.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.
Portfolio of creative and polished motion work.
Attention to detail and creative direction alignment.
