*Job Summary:*
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role requires a highly motivated individual who resides in or around Ajah, Lagos.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Create engaging and high-quality content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Use social media marketing tools

*Qualifications:*

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Creative Executive, or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a relevant field.
