SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MANAGER
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage and grow all Lizapay social media platforms.
Develop engaging content (videos, designs, flyers, captions, reels, stories, carousels).
Ensure consistent posting schedules and trends-based content delivery.
Produce short-form videos – either on-camera (wearing branded gear) or coordinating authentic UGC.
Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content strategy & Support paid social campaigns (setup, optimization, reporting).
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
Strong design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.).
Ability to translate brand values of transparency + class into creative content.
Experience with UGC content and short-form video trends.
Comfortable being on-camera or coordinating brand-led video content.
Strong grasp of analytics, algorithms, and growth strategies.
Knowledge of running and optimizing social media ads.
Portfolio required (recent works + design samples).
