We’re looking for 2 talented Senior Art Directors to join our growing team and play a vital role in shaping our creative vision.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Creative team members and other departments to translate communication strategies into creative concepts.
Develop and present high-quality design drafts for various communication channels, including print, digital, and experiential marketing.
Manage the production process of collateral materials, ensuring projects are completed on time
Stay up to date on the latest design trends and technologies, including AI tools, and incorporate them into creative solutions.
Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Design a wide range of complex projects, including: Catalog covers and pages, advertisements (print and digital), brochures, gift items, signage and displays, posters, logos, and other marketing materials.
Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Art Director at an agency.
Strong design thinking skills with a focus on user experience.
Proficiency in using AI tools in the design workflow.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for staying ahead of the curve on design trends and technologies.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects
