Description
Role Overview: GRAPHICS DESIGNER

We are looking for a GRAPHICS DESIGNER who will strategically create designs that will connect and communicate with our customers. You will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You will have strong research experience, an analytical mind and outstanding presentation skills. You will be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Develop illustrations, layouts, and other designs using appropriate design software.
Ensure proper use of color, typography, and layout in all designs.
Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas for approval.
Develop overall layouts and production designs for company reports, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Create visual text and imagery concepts using computer software or by hand to effectively communicate ideas that engage and captivate audiences.
Design creative assets based on given requirements and brand guidelines.
Manage project timelines, plan design workflows, and determine budget constraints.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members regarding the design process and project updates.
Contribute to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed to meet project goals.
Create a variety of designs across both digital and offline media, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
Prepare designs for pre-press production, ensuring accuracy in formatting and print specifications.
Design and develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to support internal and external communications.
Video editing and Motion graphic or 3d animation skills are a plus
 

 
Requirements
What You’ll Need:

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer working on multiple brands and projects.
Proficiency in design techniques, tools, and principles.
Strong experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
Understanding of pre-press management and print production processes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to create polished, high-quality designs.
Strong visual communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work setting.
Creativity and originality in developing innovative design concepts.
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations with strong visual storytelling elements.
