Job Title: Junior Graphics Designer
Location: Nigeria (Remote)
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to grow within a fast moving fintech environment.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, digital design, and brand consistency, and who wants to contribute to campaigns that reach millions of users.
You will support the creative team in producing high-quality visual assets across marketing campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and print, while maintaining Moniepoint’s brand identity.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and art directors, taking direction and learning how strong design drives business impact in financial services.
This is a hands-on role with room to experiment, learn, and refine your craft while working on real, high-visibility projects.
What you’ll get to do
Design compelling visuals for digital campaigns, social media, website, and email marketing.
Apply and maintain Moniepoint’s brand guidelines, including typography, colour, and layout systems.
Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to bring ideas to life through strong visual storytelling.
Work closely with senior designers and art directors to execute creative concepts.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas.
Support the team with asset creation, resizing, and production tasks.
Prepare print-ready files when required, ensuring high-quality output.
Stay up to date with design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging tools.
Experiment with typography, colour, composition, and layout to elevate creative output.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we think you should have:
4+ years of experience in graphic design.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; After Effects is a plus).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, hierarchy and branding.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
Experience in Advertising, Fintech or other Financial services, or corporate branding is an advantage.
Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
Illustration skills or experience with vector-based tools is a plus.

Final executive conversation: an interview with the Creative Director, where you will present the assessment. You will also be assessed on alignment with our values and principles.
