JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage all customer-facing operations, both online and in-store
Supervise and guide showroom assistants, assigning daily sales goals
Attend to walk-in customers and provide styling support when needed
Respond promptly to customer messages via WhatsApp, email, and DMS
Track all orders, follow-ups, pickups, and deliveries
Ensure the showroom is always organized, stocked, and welcoming
Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
Handle packaging, POS coordination, and order dispatch
Provide weekly reports on sales performance and customer insights
Assist with content ideas for marketing campaigns and showroom promotions
Liaise with the admin team to resolve any order or payment issues
Serve as an intermediary between the brand and our customers,
helping us understand their needs, feedback, and suggestions to improve the Móye experience.
