Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and execute the artistic vision and strategy for the company.
Ensure alignment of the art strategy with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
. Lead, inspire, and ensure the development of a talented team of 17 artists across three teams (2 live games teams and 1 new games team).

. Oversee the allocation of art resources across projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
. Collaborate with other departments to align on project requirements and timelines.
. Manage and optimize the art production pipeline to maintain high-quality output.
• People Development:
. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the art team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Craft Expertise:
Act as the subject matter expert for all art-related matters within the company.
. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the company remains at the forefront of game art innovation.
. Provide hands-on support and guidance on complex art tasks and challenges or when needed.
• Collaboration and Communication:
. Work closely with other department heads and company top management.
